ORA-600[723] (PGA内存泄露)

Cause：CTRL-Ccauses an exception to occur, which is an abnormal abort of the spatial query.
此次内存泄漏不是非常频繁，可以忽略.不过也可以通过升级解决该告警.
Oracle提供10262事件来屏蔽这个错误，不过不推荐设置该事件.
